Francisca Gilmore-Yulee is the Vice President of Investment and Platform at f7 Ventures. Francisca is a problem-solving operator to her core. Prior to f7, she worked as a Product Manager at Whatsapp, building consumer control features for 2 billion plus daily active users. Previously, she worked in business development at a Gates-funded mosquito non-profit in Vietnam, and managing the Growth team at Google Ventures-backed Premise. She graduated with a BA and MBA from Stanford, and enjoys cold swims in the San Francisco Bay.
Rangoli Bhattacharjee
Extensive business operations experience across startups in consulting. Consulting at Accenture and Deloitte, then led Atrium (series B) in Business Operations and subsequently led Business and Strategy at Vouch Insurance (series C). After Vouch, joined f7 Ventures as an Operator in Residence, providing investment management and business operations support while attending The Wharton School full-time.
Kelly Graziadei
20 years of experience in high growth tech companies ranging from 3 employees to 200,000. Built and led go-to-market teams at AltaVista, Overture, Yahoo & Facebook. Joined Facebook in 2010 and built and scaled the Mid-Market Channel in North America to over $1B in revenue. Led Product Marketing for Ads/Commerce globally driving $15B in revenue and launching 20+ products around the world. EIR at Foundation Capital, Angel Investor & f7 Founding Partner.
Joanna Lee Shevelenko
Joined Facebook in 2006 as one of the first 100 employees. Built multiple teams 0-1 including content moderation, site integrity and user insights. Started the Facebook India office, worked on Facebook’s first ecommerce effort, growth strategies, stealth mobile projects and top partnerships. After Facebook, became the COO at Premise Data (series C) and COO of Atrium (series B). EIR at Social Capital, Board Director at mPharma & f7 Founding Partner.
